Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Certain items, such as intimate wear, swimwear, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds and Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges

- In cases where an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund for the returned item, and you may place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
